Join us at our amazing house centrally located and near all the main attractions of Ocean Beach. Get away from it all with no cars for a weekend, only a few houses from the beach, lots of restaurant choices and plenty of bars to frequent at night.

Also, feel free to schedule other weekends with us in our Oceanfront Hotel in the Hamptons and Club Getaway.

Note: Our house is directly on the border of Ocean Beach and Seaview so we have the best of both worlds! We are literally several feet away from Ocean Beach but are not governed by the onerous rules of Ocean Beach. In other words, no fear of getting tickets and you can just enjoy your weekend.

Our accommodations will feature:

• A spacious 4 bedroom house right near the ocean
• Air conditioning
• Nice patio furniture, high-end BBQ and more!
• All bedding and linens are included
• Beach chairs & umbrellas available at house for your use
• Microwave, coffer maker, toaster oven and fully stocked kitchen
• Large kitchen, dining room and spacious common area

Bedroom Configurations (sleeps 14-16)

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed sleeps 1 or 2
• Bedroom 2: Two set of bunk beds (Full bottom and Twin top) sleeps 4 to 6
• Bedroom 3: Two set of bunk beds (1 with Full bottom and Twin top & 1 with Twin Bottom and Full top) 4 to 5
• Bedroom 4: Full Bed - sold out for season.

What's Included

• 2 nights lodging on non-holiday weekends and 3 nights lodging on Memorial Day Weekend
• Continental breakfast
• BBQ food available for you to cook at your leisure.
• Mixers for bar. BYOB for liquor.

During the weekend, you can relax at the house, swim in the ocean or walk around town. At night, we will enjoy all the great restaurants and will be going out to the best bars in Ocean Beach.
