To celebrate that it will be a high of 34 degrees tomorrow and it's a Thursday, I figured that is enough of a reason to get friends together :)

I made a quick call to my friends at The Ainsworth Park, reserved an area for us, set up some drink specials and we will even put out some appetizers.

If you feel, just like me, the need to get out and do something then join us this Thursday night for Happy Hour...just because :)

No cover with RSVP at davidshapiro.net. We will have a guest list and give you a wrist band to join the party. You just need to figure out how to RSVP on my site. If you are already a member, it's really easy. If you are not a member, it's take under 2 minutes to join and then RSVP. Personally, I think it's idiot-proof, but some of my friends still have trouble with it...not judging..much :)

A number of the people going on our Winterfest ski trips (Jan 24th and Feb 21st) will be attending. This will be a good chance to meet people you will be spending one or both weekends with.

I am working on some interesting (but still top secret) plans for this summer. After a couple drinks, I may divulge a few hints as to what we have planned to help you make the most of your summer weekends :) :)
